Move from Carrying It Alone to Leading with Clarity
Ministry can be meaningful and exhausting at the same time. You may know God has called you, yet still question whether you are equipped. You may be serving faithfully while your own rhythms, confidence, or sense of direction quietly fray.
Woven gives you room to slow down, listen closely, and move forward. This is not a rigid curriculum or a room full of generic advice. It is biblical coaching: honest questions, prayerful reflection, practical action, and a community that understands the beauty and weight of ministry.

Why “Woven”?
You are God’s poiema—His handiwork, His masterpiece, made on purpose. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that we are created anew in Christ Jesus for the good works He prepared for us.
And a masterpiece is not formed in isolation. God weaves together your gifts, ministry experience, wounds, wins, and even the seasons that felt wasted. Nothing is beyond His redemption. Nothing is unusable in His hands.

6 Group Coaching Sessions
Meet every two weeks so you have time to practice what you are discovering—not simply learn more information.
One Bonus Community Session
Additional space for deeper conversation, connection, and prayer. The date will be selected based on participant availability.
One Private Coaching Session
A dedicated 30-minute session to work through the question or opportunity that feels most alive in your calling.
Private Online Community
Connect, ask for prayer, share progress, and encourage one another between sessions.

Each session is recorded, so you can catch up when life happens or revisit what you need.

Each cohort includes approximately 10–15 women. The application helps me make sure Woven is a good fit for each woman’s current season—and that the group can learn, grow, and do life together well. Small and intentional is the whole point.

The cohort meets virtually on Mondays at 7:30 p.m. ET for 90 minutes. Our six sessions will be held August 31, September 14, September 28, October 12, October 26, and November 9. Sessions are held every other week so you have time to reflect and put what you’re learning into practice.

Life and ministry don’t always follow the calendar, so I understand that you may occasionally need to miss a session. Each session will be recorded and shared privately with cohort members, allowing you to catch up before we meet again.
Because much of the value comes from live coaching and community, I encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible. If you do miss one, you’ll still receive the session notes and practical action steps so you can stay connected to the work.

Yes. I treat what you share in coaching with care and confidentiality. Every cohort member will also be asked to honor the privacy of the group and keep personal stories and conversations confidential.
Because Woven is a group experience, I cannot guarantee another participant’s actions. We will establish clear community agreements at the beginning so everyone understands the importance of creating a safe, respectful, and trustworthy space. Session recordings will be shared only with members of your cohort.

The framework is consistent—these six sessions form the foundation. But every cohort feels different because every woman brings a different story, calling, and season. The coaching conversations, group dynamic, and the Holy Spirit’s movement shape where we linger and what each woman needs to explore. Come ready to be seen, encouraged, and challenged.

Between sessions, plan for approximately 30–60 minutes of reflection and action. You’ll receive questions to help you process what we’re exploring with Jesus and apply it to your life and ministry. Nothing overwhelming—but meaningful growth will require you to show up honestly and make space for the inner work.

I hope so—genuinely. Woven is for women serving in volunteer, bi-vocational, or vocational ministry who want to grow as Christ-centered leaders. You don’t need a formal title, a certain amount of experience, or a perfectly defined calling.
The Woven Leadership Cohort is stronger when women with different ministry backgrounds, life experiences, ages, seasons, ethnicities, and cultural perspectives gather around the same table. That diversity doesn’t complicate the work; it deepens it. When a woman in her 20s and a woman in her 50s are both wrestling with the same question about calling, something holy happens.
